Vintage HANDMADE HAND-CARVED SOLID WOOD RUSTIC WALL DECOR PLAQUES - Spanish Conquistadors or Knights with Coat of Arms and Armory - Made in Spain. Unique pair of hand carved wooden wall hangings are truly one of a kind. Research shows nothing like them or about them. Carved from solid wood and engraved with many nice details.

"Made in Spain" and built in hanging hooks made of heavy iron are on the backs of the pieces. Made from heavy solid wood and stained dark brown. We do not know what type of wood but it is a very hard wood. They are not identical in features. There are slight differences in shape and in carvings which confirms this handsome pair of wall plaques are hand-made and original.

One Conquistador is missing piece on the ax. It doesn't hinder its appearance rather it looks like he's holding a sword instead of an ax like his comrad. Both knights have a coat of arms shield. Since we acquired this pair as you see them, we can not confirm if the inside openings had mirrors, wood inserts, or some kind of detail besides what is currently there, which looks like paper. With some imagination, they can be transformed into whatever you wish.

31" long by about 13" wide by about 2 deep (thickness). Weights are 5.15 and 5.8. Price is for the pair. We will not sell them separately. In addition, the wood is rustic, shows scuffs, pits, divots, wear from age.

Items are securely wrapped in bubble wrap, packing paper, air pillows, etc. And also be double boxed. Strong pack tape to secure packing.
