Marcus Designs were the concept of David Morton who lived in Bottesford in Leicestershire and made decorative plaques mainly of medieval design from the late 1960's -till sometime in the 80's. This is one of a range of classical, medicual reliefs and ornaments and is an exact reproduction of a hand sculptured model. The antiqued and coloured finish applied by hand is the result of a specially developed process.
