Very rare, pair of earthenware decorative plaques by Donna Winston of Winston Ware, located in Pasadena, Ca. One of these features a little bird on a branch while the other has a flower or plant.

The bright yellow, turquoise and white enamel are set off very nicely by the reddish brown background color. Yellow, turquoise and whit have a crackle effect while the brown has a scratched surface. Some minor wear to the brown surface on the front and a bit more wear on one of the backs of the plaques. They both have 2 little holes in the top for hanging.
